胺催化劑A-1主要用于軟質聚醚型聚氨酯泡沫塑料的生產,也可用于包裝用硬泡。胺催化劑A1對水的催比效力 比較強,因此可使泡沫密度降低。它用于控制產生氣體的反應的功效約占80%,用于控制凝膠反應的 功效約占20%。該催化劑活性高,用量少,調節(jié)該系列的用量,可控制發(fā)泡上升和凝膠時間。胺催化劑A1與有機錫催化劑共用,能使泡沫塑料的生產寬容度明顯地提高,確保在生產中不致因操作不小心或計量系統(tǒng)的微小誤差導致不必要的質量問題,生產出優(yōu)質的軟質泡沫塑料。 胺催化劑A1被廣泛用于制造聚氨酯泡沫塑料的各種配方中,特別適用于生產高回彈、半硬泡和低密度泡沫塑料。

Amine catalyst A1
Amine catalyst A1 is mainly used in the production of soft polyether polyurethane foam, and also in the hard foam for packaging. The catalytic effect of amine catalyst A1 on water was particularly strong, so the foam density could be reduced. It controls about 80% of the reactions that produce gases, and about 20% of the reactions that control gels. The catalyst has high activity and low dosage. By adjusting the dosage of this series, the rise of foaming and gelation time can be controlled. The common use of amine catalyst A1 and organotin catalyst can obviously improve the production tolerance of foamed plastics, so as to avoid unnecessary quality problems caused by careless operation or small errors in the measurement system, and to produce high quality soft foamed plastics. Amine catalyst A1 is widely used in various formulations for the manufacture of polyurethane foams, especially for the production of high rebound, semi-rigid foam and low density foams.
